1.Wake up really early.
Surely you know that time is an invaluable asset. Highly successful people take it up a notch by waking up at 5:30 am, 4:30 am and even 4:00 am. Not only you will they have more control in early hours, but also you will have more positivity,determination and optimistic mentality. Start with waking up 15 minutes earlier than your usual time. Then, gradually adjust.
2.Focus in on your priorities.
Every morning, before doing anything, open the Notes app or agenda, where you have written down the mission for your business and life. Read it aloud to yourself. Then take a few minutes to quietly think about why this matters to you, the progress you have made and the things you are grateful for. Then move on to reviewing the top one to three things you aim to accomplish that day.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Without a decent breakfast your body will run with little to no energy. Take the time to make a healthy breakfast each morning — usually consisting of vegetables and protein (eggs, salmon, or chicken) along with a green juice and coffee. That killer combo sets your mindset of healthy eating throughout the day.
Meditate every morning, whether through doing yoga, reading chakra affirmations, or listening to Tibetan singing bowls. Meditation helps to keep your mind clear so that you can focus.

Sometimes instead of your morning meditation make a perfect cup of pour-over coffee. Not only does the coffee wake your body up, but the process of getting the grind right, heating the water to exactly 204 degrees, and brewing by hand wakes up the creative side of your brain. It’s nice to “make” something from scratch to start your day.”
